The cool fog hung low among the stones on a dim autumn morning. Even with scant visiblity, the tall shards of the rocky outcrop could be seen striking out from the mist threateningly. Among these rocks, the reiver would make its living. The reiver was an intimidating sight; so much so that the landscape looked soft and welcoming in comparison. Most road-watchers would be a skulking sort, but this draconic figure stands tall and harsh. For that is the way that this one does business; in scales glinting like polished onyx; in fluttering blood red cloths; claymore held aloft; and half-clad in glittering steel. Certainly it is true - for this reiver there is no hiding. And out on the roads, if you were to ever find their gaze... the same will be said for you.
