SharePortals is a UK-based provider of Microsoft 365 CRM solutions, helping organisations manage client relationships, workflows, and reporting within a familiar Microsoft ecosystem. Their offering appeals to businesses looking for a practical alternative to larger, more complex CRM platforms.


SharePortals needed a new website solution that would allow their internal teams to make updates, a digital content and SEO strategy that would increase visibility for comparison-based search queries, and position their software platform as a credible alternative to established CRM providers.

The Challenges The Business Faced

SharePortals had an existing website in place, but it wasn’t performing as a growth asset. The platform struggled to differentiate itself in a competitive CRM market, particularly against larger, more established providers. Messaging lacked clarity around value, making it harder for prospective customers to understand where SharePortals fit within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.


SEO performance was also a challenge. The site wasn’t structured to capture comparison-led or bottom-of-funnel searches, limiting its ability to attract users actively evaluating CRM alternatives. Combined with low conversion rates, this meant that while interest existed, the website was not effectively supporting lead generation or long-term growth.
