Yes. If you have a WordPress site you're switching from another hosting provider, we can assist with migrating your site and email accounts smoothly. In order to facilitate the transfer of a site and/or email mailboxes, we will need overall access to the website's WordPress dashboard, Domain/DNS, and your existing email mailbox server. Not sure how to do this? Simply contact us and we'll walk you through it.

We have no minimum hosting terms but we require 30 days notice if you should decide to transfer away from our hosting packages. Written notice should be given via email.

As part of your hosting package, the team at Modemkiller is always available for helpful advice. We will offer direct support to help troubleshoot any issues related to your hosting or emails where the source is determined to be within our remit.

Site migration is the process of moving your website’s files, databases, emails, and other settings from your current hosting provider to a new one. However, the site itself isn't moved, in practical terms the site is copied. Hence, migrating (copying) your site over to the new hosting provided is crucial.

At Modemkiller, we offer support to help make this transition smooth, minimising downtime and preserving your site’s functionality. Depending on the scale and nature of the migration, we may charge a transfer fee.
