About The Business
Workwear & Uniform Supply
Division Co is a Glasgow-based supplier of workwear, uniforms and custom-branded clothing founded by entrepreneur Azeem Ahmed in 2025. It supports organisations with garment selection, design implementation, sampling, flexible production and repeat supply, combining UK-led service with adaptable production capacity.
The Challenges The Business Faced
The obstacles that Modemkiller would help overcome:
Division Co already had real garment work and a growing social presence, but the offer was largely being communicated through production techniques and individual completed orders. That made the business look closer to a general custom-print service than the managed workwear partner Azeem wanted to build.
An early Wix Harmony concept helped establish the direction, but its lack of CMS-driven dynamic pages made a growing set of consistent service silos difficult to manage. The finished website needed commercial clarity, maintainable content and a direct route from evaluation to quotation.

Engagement Scope & Project Goals
Collaborative website strategy, content architecture, Wix Studio design and implementation
Turn Division Co's capabilities into a clear commercial proposition for organisational buyers.
Organise design implementation, samples, production and repeat supply into useful service routes.
Connect the offer with construction, food service, healthcare and other team environments.
Turn completed garment work into relevant business case studies.
Create simple routes from evaluation to a quote conversation.
Build maintainable structures for services, proof, policies and future guidance.
Key Impacts & Successes
A Structured Commercial Platform From Launch
Division Co now presents a connected workwear service rather than a list of decoration methods. Buyers can explore seven services, see relevant sector applications, review customer work and request a quotation. CMS-led pages allow Azeem to add services, projects and guidance without rebuilding the site.
Seven defined service pathways
Three launch case studies
CMS-led services, proof and policies
Quote actions across the buyer journey

Strategy, Structure and Delivery Behind the Platform
Project Progression
From Early Concept to Custom Wix Studio Platform
An early Wix Harmony concept tested the broad direction, but its lack of CMS support made consistent service-page silos difficult to manage. Modemkiller developed the offer with Azeem, formalised the service and sector structure, then rebuilt the experience in Wix Studio using CMS collections, dynamic pages and a deliberate commercial journey.

Stage Tasks & Responsibilities
Implementation Rationale
A CMS-Driven Website Built to Scale
Wix Harmony provided an interesting visual starting point, but it could not support the CMS and dynamic-page combination needed to manage growing service silos consistently.
Rebuilding in Wix Studio created one structured content model for services and case studies while preserving responsive design control. Division Co can now extend the offer without creating and maintaining every page independently.

The Role of Artificial Intelligence
AI-Assisted Exploration, Human-Led Delivery.
Used for exploration, bounded content support and controlled image augmentation.
AI supported the early Wix Harmony concept, research, content mapping, metadata checks and draft policy structure. Division Co supplied the project and garment photography; Modemkiller selected, arranged and, where appropriate, augmented those images or used them as references for new visuals matching the site's palette and tone.
Modemkiller retained control of the final copy, design, CMS implementation and editorial decisions, with policy material subject to appropriate review.
